Can you test how it works in the new 3.2.0. It should adjust the format of the time to the local Windows settings. But I cannot test it, as I only have one setting.

Quick observation.
Selected 12hr clock on system (h-mm tt).
InputInterval!=! now gives minimum option 1 hour.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I tested using the latest VM 4.3.1 . The time initially shows am/pm but it appears it reverts back to military time as soon as there is a status change.

Version 4.3.3 solves the problem. Also the problem with InputInterval!.
