Hi everyone, I am trying to see if I can get Virtual Master to open chrome/etc. and automatically go to a website url for an API connection. Is there a command or function that I'm just not seeing in the instruction pdf?

Specifically I want to use some API controls on a website, I can get the action to occur by just pasting the text I need into Chrome's address bar and hitting enter, but I'm unsure how to get this program to type or send that variable into an address bar.

Thanks!

Okay, discovered the answer - you can set a parameter on a program and when dealing with a browser the parameter will be the opening page it goes to.

Launch="C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe", https://www.CBC.com

On Windows 10 you should have a program called curl.exe installed. This should enable you to access the URL without even opening a browser window such as Chrome. Maybe the slave wouldn't see anything happen at all and VM wouldn't even open a (visible) command line window. That depends how @sven_b has implemented it. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/server/tools/introduction-to-curl-in-windows/ suggests that it would be as simple as:

Launch=curl.exe, https://www.example.com
