Yes, all changes er always in the manual. And in the end of the manual, you can see what's new.

What is the period for updates? Once a month or in three months?
I am just interested when do you update the manual.

There is no fixed periods. The software is updated when I have the time and energy to release new functionality.
The manual follows the software, and is thus always up to date.
